By accessing and using zimlit.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Zimlit is a trade name of Zemid LLC. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the Site immediately.

All text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software on this Site are the exclusive property of Zemid LLC and are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to access the Site for personal or internal business research. You may not "scrape," "frame," or mirror any part of this Site without our express written consent.

As an agency that provides hosting and media services, we respect intellectual property rights. If you believe any content on our Site infringes your copyright, please send a "Takedown Notice" to our Designated Agent:

Zimlit only performs professional services (web design, hosting, etc.) under a separate, signed Master Service Agreement (MSA).

Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by Oklahoma law, Zemid LLC shall not be liable for any damages (including loss of profits or data) arising out of your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. You agree that any legal action arising out of these Terms shall be filed exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma.
